🚫 Data Pipelines MustBe Accessible to Kamiwaza – While we can assist enterprises with buildingcustom data pipelines, the Kamiwaza AI stack must have both logical andsecurity access to all relevant enterprise data sources.
🚫 Security,Compliance, and IAM Must Be Managed by the Enterprise – Role-based access,authentication, and compliance guardrails must align with internal IT policies.Kamiwaza operates within enterprise-defined security perimeters, but we do notmanage enterprise IAM (Identity and Access Management).
🚫 General IT &Cloud Resource Allocation Must Be Provided – Enterprises must allocatecompute, storage, and API access for AI inference. Kamiwaza optimizesperformance, but we do not provide cloud provisioning or server management.
🚫 All AI Flows MustRun Within the Kamiwaza AI Stack – We do not support partial AIintegrations or external orchestration. AI-driven processes must run 100%through Kamiwaza, ensuring consistency, performance, and outcome-drivenexecution.

10. What does Kamiwaza charge for Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support?
Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support is currently free to enterprises that agree to a 12 month license of Kamiwaza AI.
Kamiwaza reserves the right to adjust its fees in the future.
12. What are the service level terms for Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support?
Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support consists of limited access to remote support engineers during ordinary business hours. Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support does not include onsite support. Kamiwaza generally provides its Outcome-Based Support to enterprises on a “first come, firstserved,” basis, but Kamiwaza reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the number of hours, the schedule, and order of support provided to enterprises.
Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support is offered on an"as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Kamiwaza makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support provided. Further Kamiwaza does not and cannot guarantee any specific business outcome or result from an enterprises’ use of Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support.
Kamiwaza shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited todata loss, business interruption, or system failures, arising from or inconnection with the use of or reliance on Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Supportprovided.
Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support is deemed to be “Feedback” under the terms of Kamiwaza’s Enterprise End User License Agreement (EULA) and such provided support is subject to all terms and conditions of the EULA.
13. How quickly will I receive a response from Kamiwaza’s Outcome-Based Support?
