Our Enterprise Edition users have access to enhanced support options. In addition to email support ( Support@kamiwaza.ai ), Enterprise customers can call our main number +1 970 746-9292 (KAMI) for immediate assistance during Business hours 8 -5pm Mountain Time. Furthermore, we offer up to one outcome-based support ticket per customer. This support ticket can help with a single outcome of your GenAI application, including but not limited to integration of data, APIs, and outputs. This ensures that your AI applications are running smoothly and effectively, tailored to your specific needs.
