About This Role

You'll be the technical hero maker - working directly with our enterprise customers to unlock transformative value from our platform while helping build the platform itself. This isn't your typical customer success role. Think "product engineer meets ML consultant meets customer champion." You'll be building custom AI applications, architecting data pipelines, and turning customer ideas into reality - then turning those solutions into product features everyone can use.

Our customers are betting big on AI transformation, and you'll ensure that bet pays off. One day you might be building an AI-powered sales planning tool, the next helping ML teams transition to GenAI, or architecting document processing pipelines that save thousands of human hours. When you're not directly helping customers succeed, you'll be improving our platform based on what you've learned, creating new features, and building reusable solutions that make every customer more successful.

In many ways, this is two exciting roles in one: you're both a product engineer helping build our platform and a technical hero helping customers achieve breakthrough results with it. Every customer engagement is a chance to identify patterns we can turn into platform features, and every platform feature you build is informed by deep customer understanding.

Your Impact
